  • 网上找从RSS订阅源
  • 从所有的RSS订阅源里找到感兴趣的导入到RSS reader里面（这个阶段不会大幅度的进行筛选，因为还不够熟悉对应的内容）
  • 一段时间后接受的推送如果长时间不感兴趣，就进行归类到其他杂且无关的类别之中，或者质量不高的就直接取消订阅。
  • 饭前后，排队等等碎片时间拿出来刷一刷，有价值的就star 稍后阅读，其中短篇幅的就尽量全部阅读完再写一写感想收获，长的就似乎永久会被收录在稍后阅读之中，因此很多有价值的思考可能会被一直封存在这里，我往后也再也没有打开。如今的信息爆炸强度比四五年前都有非常明显的提升了，尤其是近一两年的话题范围增多，很多热点层次广又深，理解的深度很难把握，比如脑机接口，AR等一些技术，光看浅显的科普文章，还是如门外汉，很难与自己的兴趣或者专业特长有机结合进行交叉复合，但深入理解，通过观看视频甚至阅读论文等方法又会消耗不少时间。
  • 与“精英”精通的人进行交流会扫清很多不必要的障碍。
  • 保持主攻方向的专注，保持时间块利用的专注。

有的任务总有压力和阻力去做 小的可以放在todo list上 增添一定的压力到时候一定去做 但是这只是针对小的 大的则是尽管安排了时间 但还是到点一拖再拖 起不来 就像车 重不怕 一开起来就有惯性 费不了多少油了

  • 超市经常会将快过期的商品放在货架上最容易让顾客取的地方，这个我们早已熟悉。但是今天发现像葡萄一类的水果，超市里有时会看到它们被包装袋包装然后称斤卖，也有时候会果实裸露，散称卖，但区别在于一般被包装起来的，不利于顾客触摸或者直接看到全部的外表，所以它们中很多可能根茎出有些许糜烂腐蚀。

  • 经常发现我会更喜欢在瓶子里水位为三分之一至一半时候喝水，感觉会喝完，所以更爽？满满一瓶水就没有那么强烈的喝水欲望。
